"Beneficiary" means any small business (SMME), nonprofit, or conservation organization that applies for and receives support from Ad Aid.

"Volunteer" refers to any individual or entity offering time, services, or resources to support Ad Aid's mission.

"User" includes any site visitor, applicant, volunteer, beneficiary, or partner engaging with Ad Aid’s website, programs, or services.
2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our website, submitting applications, or engaging in Ad Aid's programs, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from participating or accessing our services.
3. Eligibility

Beneficiaries: To qualify, beneficiaries must be legally registered entities or organizations, be based in South Africa, and meet Ad Aid’s eligibility requirements.

Volunteers: Volunteers must be at least 18 years old and have relevant skills, experience, or interest in the media, advertising, conservation, or creative sectors.
4. Application Process

Beneficiary Applications: Applicants agree to provide accurate and complete information on the application form. Submission of an application does not guarantee support from Ad Aid.

Volunteer Applications: By submitting a volunteer application, you agree to undergo any required verification processes, and that your involvement is contingent upon Ad Aid’s selection and approval process.
5. Data Collection and Privacy

By submitting an application, beneficiaries and volunteers consent to Ad Aid collecting, storing, and processing personal data for the purposes of evaluating applications and managing partnerships. For further details, please refer to our [Privacy Policy].

All personal data will be stored securely and handled in compliance with South African data protection laws.
6. Use of Services

Beneficiary Obligations: Beneficiaries agree to use any marketing, advertising, and grant resources provided solely for business or organizational purposes outlined in their application.

Volunteer Obligations: Volunteers commit to offering services in good faith and agree to uphold Ad Aid’s values in interactions with beneficiaries and the broader community.
7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Ad Aid website, including logos, text, and graphics, is the property of Ad Aid. Beneficiaries and volunteers may not reproduce, distribute, or display content without explicit permission from Ad Aid.
8. Indemnity

Beneficiaries and volunteers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ad Aid, and their affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from participation in Ad Aid’s programs.
9. Liability Limitation

Ad Aid does not guarantee outcomes for beneficiaries or volunteers and is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation. Ad Aid’s support is offered as-is and is contingent upon available resources.
10. Termination of Participation

Ad Aid reserves the right to terminate participation for any beneficiary or volunteer who breaches these terms or engages in misconduct.

Beneficiaries may opt out of Ad Aid’s support by providing written notice. Ad Aid may choose to discontinue support if a beneficiary fails to meet program requirements or misuses resources.
11. Amendments

Ad Aid reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Notice of changes will be posted on the website, and continued participation after any amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by South African law. In case of a dispute, parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing formal legal action.
